Summary: at the check in , 1. reception unable to find my booking . it take her a while to find it. only has one staff attending to one big grp check in Hotel room 1. House cleaning - checked in with room no towel n toilet roll. 2. Internet connection - not working at all despite inform the reception 3. Aircon started to leaked at 2nd night ( room 110)
