Small but perfectly formed, this idyllic cottage looks out into trees and bush - extremely private, but only a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre.
this isn't a large holiday home (72 sq m), but with ranch sliders opening onto decks from three rooms, it feels surprisingly spacious and airy
three bedrooms: one queen (opens onto the main deck), one double, one king single (opens onto it's own deck) Open plan living/dining/kitchen. Bathroom with shower.
all linen provided, including towels and beach towels Basic pantry items provided, along with Raglan Roast coffee beans, and fresh local A2 milk if requested. Comes with (small) dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, microwave, SodaStream, and fully equipped kitchen. Stereo has a CD player and is Bluetooth compatible. TV does NOT have Bluetooth, and isn't connected to the satellite or terrestrial stations. There is an HDMI cable that can be plugged into a device with an HDMI port for streaming. Free Wifi.
points to note: extremely steep driveway - not really suitable for people with mobility issues House is not well baby-proofed. There is usually a cat living here, so not suitable for people with allergies.
this is my home - all personal effects, clothes, etc will be packed away out of the areas you are using, and you will arrive to an 'empty holiday home' (including empty drawer and closets in the rooms you are using), but please remember that i live here when not rented out
