Positive: The hospitality and communication with Emanuela was great. The house was very clean, comfortable with details included that we didn't expect (2 hair dryiers, umbrella, first aid box, ect.) The kichen and the bathroom were fully equipted (even shaving foam), and three persosn we had three full sets of towels (hands, face and body!) The metro startion is so close and the supermarket as well, with many chooses for food.
Negative: The metro line goes dirrectly to the Colloseum, but if you want to go to another destination in the centre (e.x fontana di Trevi) you have to change line, but it's not a big deal, except if someone wants to be so close to everything.
Summary: A great choice!
