la résidence possède un parking privé et un local sécurisé pour les vélos, et se trouve en bord de piste cyclable De nombreuses locations de vélos se trouvent à proximité.
la résidence a le droit d'accès au lac par l'immeuble d'en face, pratique pour une baignade rapide mais ce n'est pas une plage pour une après-midi à la plage nous vous conseillons la plage du château qui se trouve à seulement 300m!

l’appartement se trouve au 2ème étage avec ascenseur et possède deux balcons Il est équipé d’une télévision, du Wifi et d’un lave-linge. La cuisine est équipée avec four, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, appareil à raclette et machine à café Nespresso.
