Positive: Great quality property with calming views over the adjacent farms from the back verandah (we were in the back property of the two on site) Very quiet location despite being on a fairly busy road. Easy parking with plenty of room available. Good Coop supermarket 5km away in Bastia Umbra. Hosts were very helpful & getting keys was easy. Access to Assisi an easy 10 minute drive. Great location for day trips around the Umbria region, Spoleto, Spello, Trevi, Castel Rigone, Preggio, Montefalco & Orvieto to name a few we visited. We would stay again.

Negative: Could have stayed a few more nights!!!
