A landline phone is available in case of emergency. A power line runs through the backyard of the property. It doesnβt interfere with the view or otherwise cause any problems. Local hunters use surrounding land for deer and turkey hunting. You might hear gunshots though it is rare. If that bothers you, please look elsewhere. One exterior camera is located at the front door. It records sound and video when motion activated. It is on 24/7 including during your stay.

Our home is embedded in nature and it is possible a critter such as a spider or bug will make its way inside. The home is regularly treated to keep critters away from the perimeter of the house.
