c life is a spacious, well accommodating home with great views and a private pool! what more could your group need than living and dining space for everyone? there are guest rooms and bathrooms galore and all are furnished with comfort in mind The decks are also completely furnished, welcoming, and covered so relaxing outside in the shade on a beautiful sunny afternoon is definitely possible! The private pool will have a fully furnished pool deck and can be heated for an additional upcharge.
the ground level of the home is where the fun happens! there is a spacious screened porch secluded by beautiful island oaks where you are sure to hear the nearby ocean waves The garage offers a ping pong table, foosball, and parking for the golf cart (also for your use). House entry from this level is through the garage which makes it that much easier to get your groceries to the kitchen because the dumbwaiter access is just steps away. There is a queen guest room with a private bath as well as a bunk room with 2 twin over double bunk beds and a couple arcade games for those who may want to play well into the night.
