Situated on a very large lot in the Erma section of Lower Township, this newly updated group-friendly vacation rental features a brand new 6-foot vinyl fully fenced in yard and a large patio, offering you a private and secure outdoor entertainment space for your crew and four-legged friends alike. Relax with peace of mind while your guests and pup(s) play safely. Nearby, the Cold Spring bike path provides access to local breweries, wineries, and the famous Cape May County Zoo. The home’s covered front porch with outdoor seating leads into a split- level layout. A short flight of stairs brings you to the open-concept main living area, featuring a large living room, a fully stocked eat-in kitchen with a dining area, coffee bar, center island, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The French doors open to the expansive back yard, complete with a new patio, propane fire pit, outdoor games, and a storage shed equipped with beach gear.The ground level, which is access by a small flight of stairs, includes a bonus room with a queen pull-out sleeper sofa, a private bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a shower stall.
