Relaxation at its best in the Colorado Mountains! Our home has 7 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. 3 bedrooms are king suites with a private 5 piece bathroom, sleeps 15+. Our home is perfect for large gatherings. It also has three separate living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a huge back deck area with a hot tub. The home is secluded, but still close to town and shuttle.

our main level offers a king suite with private deck and 50" tv, another king bedroom off the kitchen with a half bath across the hall, our fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area, and a family room with 50"tv sectional sofa and wii! step outside the main level sitting area to our huge back deck with hot tub and patio table!
our lower level offers a family room with sectional sofa and tv, plus a bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a full bath We also have a bonus ping pong table area.
our upper level offers 2 more king suites with 50" tv's and private decks in both There is another king bedroom, and bunk room with 2 sets of full over full bunk beds, and a full bath. we have another family room on the upper level with 50"tv and xbox, there is also a large table for poker, board, or card games with a deck off the side!
our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to have a large family dinner, and our dining area has seating for 14 we have an additional table in the garage that can be brought in for larger groups, or for groups that would like to enjoy dinner outside on our large deck!
all winter park house properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3–4-night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally) Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker (Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).

1) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3) No outdoor fires are permitted at any time.
4) Our home allows a maximum of seven vehicles, a maximum of two in the garage and the remaining in the driveway. No on street parking is permitted and the county will tow at your expense. Campers are not permitted.
5) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties.
