We even have a private dock so you can bring your own pontoon, kayaks or jet skis and launch them directly from our private boat slip. the upstairs family/game room has a brand new pool table/ping pong table, giant jenga, tv, two cozy couches, a long sleeping nook with built-in bunks and three futon mattresses under sloped ceilings for reading or resting, thick carpeting for lounging and games, and a portable harman kardon speaker that you can connect to your phone to enjoy your own playlist Inside the drawers, you can find extra bedding for the sleeping nook and sofa bed, as well as a variety of card and board games. A sliding patio door gives you access to a large outdoor mountainside deck.

There is also plenty of outdoor seating available during warmer months.
