regarding guest count and extra guests, our pricing is based on 1-4 people at the house If there will be more than 4 people staying for more than 1 hour, please adjust your guest count accordingly. This is crucial for insurance purposes. An additional fee of $25 per night per guest applies. If your group exceeds 10 people, you will have access to the guest suite, featuring one king bed and a private ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. Groups with fewer than 10 guests will have access to 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The per-person charge will automatically cover this, but if your group is 10 or under and you require the additional space, please contact us for pricing.
we happily welcome your furry friends to join your stay To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly request adherence to our pet guidelines. There is a $50 pet fee (includes 2) for the entire stay. Any additional pet is an additional $50.
pets are not permitted on furniture or beds (evidence will result in a $200 charge) Unfortunately, dangerous breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions. Please inform us in advance of your intention to bring a pet. We request the removal of all rugs in rooms accessible to your pet and appreciate your diligence in cleaning up after them. thank you!
