welcome to the white pearl beach house! it has one of the best private beaches in our area year after year and a newly built private lakefront pool (now open as of 4/5/2024) and a hot tub - it is a premier lakefront pool house with all the accouterments you could hope for!

upon entry to the house, it’s hard not to be stunned at the immediate beauty Making the most of the property’s premium location overlooking Lake Michigan, the home provides a unique take on an open-concept plan, with high vaulted ceilings, countless windows with abundant natural light, and sweeping views of Lake Michigan. In addition to the natural surroundings, the home is expertly decorated with a tasteful, modern aesthetic, and high-end Italian furnishings.
the main floor includes a grand living area with serene views of the lake, a private light-filled bedroom, a family room with a fireplace, and an open-concept bedroom Next to the airy dining room is a second living space with a TV and a bright, all-white kitchen with plenty of counter space and all the necessary cooking gear for the culinary inclined. There is a newly reconfigured master second main bedroom suite on the main floor as well.
