Beautifully restored lakefront home with views of lake from almost every room. Large front deck that is perfect for watching the Chippewa Lake ski team or catching the amazing sunsets. Perfect family getaway that has 2 community parks a short walk away with tennis court, Pickle Ball court, bocce ball court, playgrounds, corn hole and picnic tables. Basketball half court and beach volleyball also available. Kayaks, Paddle Boards, bikes and sport equipment are included with rental. Garden shed houses the Bocce balls, volleyball, basketball, corn hole bags, kayak and paddle board paddles, as well as fishing poles and life vests (multiple sizes). Guests do not have access to the private docks. However, guests can launch the kayaks and paddle boards from the property to the right of the beach. Note: Two people are needed to carry each kayak and paddle board. Would recommend to stay around the perimeter of the lake.
home has two (2) bathrooms and two (2 ) bedrooms, plus a sunroom with a queen size sleeper sofa French doors close off the sunroom, which could be used as a 3rd bedroom if needed. Living room has two Ikea chairs that convert to beds which would be ideal for kids. Home sleeps six adults (6) comfortably. Clawfoot tub, original to house, in master bath and guest bathroom has an oversized shower.
