Enjoy the lake view from the patio of this wonderfully located unit. There is a full sized bed in the bedroom and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps 2. This property is only about a 2 minute walk from the lake. There is a community pool and hot tub. There are docks/boat slips that can be rented. There is excellent fishing off the docks and several beaches in the community along with a private boat launch. The boathouse grill is about a 2 minute drive and has some of the best food in Lake Havasu for a decent price. The house is about a 7 minute drive form the channel and there are many restaurants, a golf course and very nice public park all within 10 minutes.
watercraft policies: sam's beachcomber rv resort requires registration and insurance for any boat or personal watercraft that is brought into the resort These documents need to be presented to the Sam's employee at check-in. The watercraft must be owned by the sublessee staying in the resort. Our boat launch is free of charge. Boat slips are available to rent on a first-come first-served basis. Boat slips can accommodate up to a 26' boat. Rental fees for October through March are $20/day, $80/week, or $250 per month. Rental fees for April through September are $30/day, $120/week, or $300 per month. Contact the Security Guard to request a boat slip at time of check-in.
