Furnished patio overlooking spectacular views right on top of the water. A master bedroom with a king-sized bed and wall-to-wall windows allows for an unprecedented view of the lake where you feel like you are almost sleeping on the water as well as a sliding glass door taking you to the patio. Full bathroom with all essentials taken care of during your stay.

Hy-Vee, Walmart, Target, Diebergs, Walgreens, CVS, Lowes, HD, Menards, and Movie Theaters, 9 golf courses within 10 miles. Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Lake House 13, and Encore, all are located within minutes of our home. Bldg 1-6 and pools 2 & 3 are on the water's edge, bldg 7-10, pool # 1, clubhouse, and the multi-sports court (pickleball, tennis, basketball) are located on the upper level. One reserved spot is located directly in front of the steps that lead to your unit. Additional open parking spaces are within 10 yards.
