Hot tub facing the lake, large deck facing the lake to relax and take it all in. There is plenty of room for multiple families to hang out and not be jammed up. Get-togethers and gatherings are welcomeβextra bed for multiple people to sleep in. 30x30 hang-out room with a sleeping spot available. Multiple grills and griddles are available for cookouts and or gatherings. I have charcoal grills and gas grills, whichever is your preference. I have tin containers for grilled food (tin/aluminum) and extra charcoal and fluid. Heat and A/C in the garage. Three minutes away from anything basically. House is fun, you and multiple families can enjoy time together. The hot tub is the perfect spot to end the day and watch life happen. I am not strict, but I only ask for no smoking inside the house/garage. Pontoon is available for rent, which will be paid directly to me and not through vrbo. there is a 250βday fee for the boat. Parties are allowed, keep it to about 20 people, in respect of the neighbors, and please do not be loud during late or super early hours. The one dock is mine. Please do NOT USE SWING YOU SEE ITS THE NEIGHBORS. Stay away front their kayaks and dock and always keep dogs on leash..
