the deck is 12'x20' nicely furnished to hang out and chat with a glass of wine while cooking dinner on the large bbq
the 8'x8' hot tub is beside the deck in the peaceful backyard
spacious fire pit area for 6 guests to chat and enjoy the warmth of the fire
in the evening soak in the peace and quiet while sitting around the wood burning fire pit Firewood is provided for our Guests. Outdoor blankets are available to stay warm by the fire during the chilly nights.
the large screened in gazebo with a table for 6 guests a quiet bug free spot for dinners or a fantastic spot to play board games There is a Horse Shoe set and a light up Corn Hole set for lots of outdoor fun ! This Cottage is set up for Family and Friends getaways allowing everyone to re connect and unplug.
directly in front of the cottage take a few steps and enter our private 10 ft lakefront where you can take a dip in the lake, drop in a kayak, 3 of them are provided for our guests, or take the paddle board for a spin

once you are in the lake you can paddle over to the large portion of lake eugenia and enjoy all is has to offer Enjoy Fishing? Bring your fishing rod, walk for 3 minutes and fish off of the bridge.
lake eugenia is lowered in the fall and winter via the dam The Lake is not available from Canadian Thanksgiving until after Easter. It is too shallow to use any water items.
the cottage is located in between 2 quiet private roads Beyond the road in back is a farmers field, you will hear the Cows moo and Roosters crow in the early morning.
this is a very quiet country/lake location As soon as you drive down the tree lined lane you will start to feel at peace. The cottage has a lakeview from the Primary Bedroom and the Hot tub.
