Positive: It was so quaint, comfortable, clean, and the view was magical. The people were very nice to work with.

Negative: I didn't realize that it was not in Montreux, where I thought I was booking. So happy it was in Glion, it was such a wonderful experience, "a happy mistake" We were a very old foursome, and getting our luggage to the hotel, although close, was very difficult for us.
