this duplex consists of two separate houses:
front house - casa 3 is a 3bd/2ba one-story house, which is the house you rented
rear house - casa 4 is a 4bd/2ba two-story house
guests can enjoy free parking (x1 car) upon request only, a large courtyard area with above ground pool, outdoor seating and dining
the property you rented will be shared with the house at the front of the property which means that the courtyard and the laundry room will be shared!
please note to be considerate to the other guests regarding loud noise or any interruption, this will result in an eviction from the property and no refund will be issued!
