Positive: We appreciated the proactive attitude of the hotel staff in addressing potential issues that may come up before our arrival. The hotel's responsiveness demonstrates a strong customer-centric approach. The villa we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable for our group of four adults. The beddings were cozy, though the pillows could use an upgrade. We greatly enjoyed having a private onsen on the premise. The villa was clean and well-maintained throughout. The villa had a large, well-equipped kitchen, which was great for those of us who enjoy cooking. The private parking right outside the house was also very convenient. Overall, we had a very happy and satisfying stay at this accommodation. The spacious and comfortable villa, along with the excellent amenities, made for an excellent vacation experience.
