The rear covered porch provides access to the 2nd toilet.

the fully enclosed block (and a separate enclosed rear yard) is perfect for children and pets alike with plenty of space to play ball games, etc The small back porch (with gas BBQ) overlooks the rear yard which features an outdoor setting for 6 people. The carport provides space for 1 car, while the large open grassed front yard provides parking for 4+ additional vehicles (cars, boats and/or caravans).
