Positive: The prize, location, rooms, kitchen and balcony are totally incredible and stunning. There is also lot of romance and magic in the old stove and washing machine. We were sitting together every night, drinking wine and watching the sky. And the owner was really nice aswell. I would totally go there again. I am even considering it after some time (and with better equipment) and than probably change the rating at least to 8 or 9. I really do not like to give 7 in this case. But the fact that there is no lower rating than 8 gives people huge expectations. Also if I would know the truth about the shower I would take portable one. The place is amazing and the biggest issue can be solved pretty easily. And than it would be at least 9. I still highly recommend it. For the prize it is really something ubeliveable. Even with the flaws.
Negative: Low hygiene is just for the mouse in the toilet. I am sorry but that is kind of overkill in this way. That sawdust is a good intention but not a good idea. But the rest was totaly clean and nice. Low comfort is for the key that does not work and the poor solution of the shower. You are naked without any cover and the water is freezing in the morning or cold in the evening. It really damaged an otherwise wonderful romantic week on such a beautifull place. That solar shower would work on sunny beach but not in mountains under the hill and behind the house. Also because of it you can not use a curtain so the guest can not cover. Plus it is leaking so if the guest will leave the water pump running in desperade attempt to get warm water it will pump for the whole day. Please consider selling the solar shower and using some basic solar water heater instead. You can place it on sunny place higher than the showerhead together with some small tank for cold water. Than use that water pump you have to keep them both filled (pressure switch or turn it on and of manually). After that you only need some hoses to lead cold water from tank and hot water from heater to the water taps and some basic shower head (you dont need to have your water pump turned on for this part thanks to self-fall but it would probably improve pressure). This way you would be able to use some curtain to give people better feeling of privacy, the water will be really hot or warm at least and you will save some electricity.
Summary: I still think this place is amazing. Fix the shower and I will fix the rating to 9 :-)
