Perfectly suited for a corporate retreat or just a big family. There is a "Green Egg Grill" on the deck as well.

Summary: There is a lot of potential, but it really needs some small upgrades. Like fix outdoor TV and fan over outdoor table. Better beds would make it much more enjoyable. They are just kind of thrown together.
