only a few steps to the lake from the back of the property, kings point lake house is perfect for friends and families that enjoy any water sports
complete access from the rear of the property to the water, even being able to water ski straight from the bank
the kings point ski club has a wonderful ramp to launch any boat just around the corner (there is a launching fee)
