Positive: The property was a cute little cabin on a creek. Pet friendly
Negative: For the price point I am very disappointed based on the other property’s at this price point we have booked with booking dot com !! The $100 credit really doesn’t cover the difference between what they the resort management company charged and what we paid using booking instead. We had expectations from all of our positive experiences using this app. The property is really do for a good deep cleaning specifically pressure washing the decks all around. The bathroom door knobs inside literally fell off when we first got there. If I had a simple Allen wrench I could have fixed them myself. Lots of little things like that all adding up to poor maintenance of the property in general. The dish ware was decent , but the pots and pans were gross !! When viewed at a glance on the app pictures it looks secluded, but in reality it’s a cabin neighborhood with lots of cabins. Our view was not that great. Across the creek from us where trailers or fifth wheels under pole barn structures. Not really that appealing based on what I picked viewing the property on the app.
