the first floor welcomes you with an open-concept living space, featuring living and dining areas that flow seamlessly into a well-appointed kitchen Cook up a nice dinner while chatting with friends and family at the bar counter, or opt to BBQ on the grill located on the quaint balcony.
upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom - perfect for privacy and convenience The primary bedroom features a comfortable king sized bed, a spacious walk in closet and a TV for all your cozy movie nights.
the second bedroom has two full-sized beds - perfect for friends, kids or just a more spacious sleep!
the laundry area is also located on the second floor, equipped with a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience the entire home is climate-controlled with air conditioning, ensuring your comfort year-round!

our townhouse is ideally located west of mission blvd, just a 1-minute walk to the beach!
you'll be steps away from the famous 25-mile boardwalk that connects Pacific Beach and Mission Beach, perfect for morning walks or sunset strolls. we are also a stone’s throw from crystal pier as well as the gorgeous bird rock area - reach out for our favorite walk with gorgeous ocean views and “secret”little beaches!
the neighborhood offers endless possibilities for activities - from surfing and paddleboarding to beach side yoga to shopping to simply lounging on the sand with a good book
you're also just a short drive from attractions like la jolla's tidepools, belmont park, seaworld, little italy and the san diego zoo we’re happy to share all of our favorite greater san diego recommendations!
