Ischitella has a comfortable patio on three sides of the house with an equipped veranda, where you can eat outdoors and, at the back, it has a laundry area and an outdoor shower ideal when you return from the sea. The apartment is located in a very quiet and private area, excellent for relaxing and enjoying the sea. The house has a delightful air-conditioned living room with TV, double sofa bed and in the same room a beautiful equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, finally there is a bathroom complete with services. The apartment is located a few steps from the sea and restaurants, tobacconists and markets. The bay renowned for its spectacular sunsets is easily accessible on foot, furthermore the large square, delightfully renovated, becomes a meeting point for many teenagers, boys / girls and children where they can spend pleasant summer evenings enjoying the suggestive surrounding panorama.
