“ironbark on dolphin” is a delightful, single-story pet friendly home in smith’s beach, only a few minutes’ drive from the beach itself some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
indoor areas
the home features a beautifully appointed open plan kitchen / dining / living area (with tv, dvd player and chromecast) leading to a further dining room, perfectly situated for those who like a ‘kid’s table’ and ‘adult’s table’ when dining on holidays! the living room also opens onto the deck The main bedroom (with TV) has access to both the deck and rear yard; the second bedroom is close by, as is a bathroom (with shower) and separate toilet. There is a third bedroom, plus a gorgeous main bathroom (with large freestanding bath, shower, and toilet), and a laundry.
outdoor areas
outdoor living is catered for as well, with a shady deck opening off the living room This delightful space is equipped with a gas BBQ and a quality outdoor setting and leads to the rear yard. There is even an outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) to wash off the sand! Parking is well catered for too, with a double carport and a long driveway with parking for two extra vehicles.
kitchen
the fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, an aldi pod coffee machine, soda stream, toaster, kettle, etc plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, 900mm gas oven with cook top.
heating/cooling systems
the home is equipped with reverse-cycle split system units in every bedroom plus the living area Also featured is a relaxing wood fire, complete with fireguard (wood supplied).
