Positive: Yeovil the staff member is exceptional kind and he is very helpful upsides of the hotel: great breakfast options staff helped me with hand mirror, microwave, replaced fridge and also provide me additional water where needed down sides: only down side is walls are not 100% sound proof i just hope they make them more sound proof which can help in restful sleep , as the bar and restaurant are in the centre of the building one cna hear loud noises through out and can be disturbing at times i am definitely going to come to this place again on condition they make rooms soundproof and also bit more lightning is required in the hotel rooms may be a bit of higher volts there was also construction work going on next to the hotel so the noise in the night times was a bit too much while sleeping, i really hope hotel can sort them out soonish and also shower in the bathroom needs some fixing as they were no way yo put the water in the moderate, it was either too hot or too cold, thats it really other wise nice cute hotel and really budget friendly and great support staff who look after you well.
