this incredibly spacious, 6 bedroom 4 bath home (4700 sq ft total) has just
recently been completely remodeled, refurnished and upgraded in 2022! it is
located in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood, close to downtown indianapolis
and the grand park in westfield there are plenty of golf fields, parks,
restaurants, and shopping just a short drive away this home is perfect for
large groups with ample space for large family gatherings, sleeping a total of
15 people! pets are also allowed with an additional fee
the home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary
appliances to prep and cook a big meal enjoy your meal in the large dining
area and table with 6 seats the extremely large and spacious living area is
perfect for large groups and gatherings

* master: king bed with 2 additional air mattresses, with a work space/desk available
* bedroom two: queen bed with additional air mattress
* bedroom three: queen bed
* bedroom four: bunk bed
* bedroom five: bunk bed

1) no parties and no large gatherings guests must respect neighbors at night
time rest times and keep noise to a minimum celebrations are welcomed if
prearranged

visiting there’s a garage and driveway, but cars that park on street should
face in proper direction with traffic and not block anyone’s mailboxes or
driveways
