easy and quick access to table rock lake, you can rent a boat at indian point marina or you can bring your own boat - we have an agreement for you to rent a slip at the rock lane resort 1 mile down the road and leave your boat trailer there you can also use the rock lane resort pool in the summer months!
in the winter months, enjoy the indoor fireplace, comfortable theatre room and huge lake views The outdoor firepit and hot tub make this a perfect year-round home away from home. we always decorate for the holiday season - so come and enjoy our christmas tree too!

the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a quick snack before you head out shopping or all the space needed to cook a full thanksgiving meal! there is lots of kitchen counter space and it is open to the living room area so the chef isn't left out of the action! the dining table seats 6 and there is additional bar seating for the whole crew The gas grill is located directly on the deck to make easy prep for family barbecues. The main living area has 2 sofas, and a recliner. Free WIFI and cable TV allows everyone to watch and enjoy relaxing.
the downstairs living area has a dining table, sleeper sofa, second couch, and a tv too! we have a fabulous theatre room with a large screen to enjoy a special movie night with your crew
don't forget - every level has a huge deck with amazing views, dining space and extra seating The private sparkling hot tub is on the lower level deck.
we provide the basics to get you started, coffee, filters, trash bags, dishwasher, laundry, hand soaps, paper products and some complimentary snacks
