The lanai is large enough to dine at pool-side overlooking the scenic canal. Dolphins and resident manatees are regular visitors to this prime canal location. While the boatlift is NOT available to tenants, there is room for your boat, kayaks, and canoes at dockside. Fish right from the dock, but also plan to head out to Pine Island Sound and the Gulf just minutes away. Enjoy evenings so peaceful you won't want to go out! Be sure to check the location of this one….a fantastic vacation home nestled within all that the gulf area offers, the best of fishing and kayaking, to birding, biking, walking, several beaches, and island relaxation galore! Onsite parking space is limited and guests with boats may need off-site trailer parking.
