Built 1855, and recently renovated, the "Keepers Dwelling" & attached 4 story Light Tower offers a unique historical and visual experience.

guests will experience what it is like to live in an actual lighthouse The views are stunning from every direction. There is a large lawn, perfect for family gatherings and a large patio for outdoor dining and entertaining. A beach immediately adjacent is ideal for fishing and sunbathing. The living room is super comfortable with ample seating. The Kitchen has all the modern conveniences and a utility room with a washer/dryer. Downstairs there is a bedroom with two twin beds (easily converted to a king upon request), and the bathroom with a shower. There is also a super fun outdoor shower. On the second floor there is a spacious master bedroom with a romantic iron bed and a balcony with seating to watch sunrise to the right and sunset to the left. There is also a half bath and what we call the "napping' room where one can read a book, watch tv or just nap!. From the "napping" room it's up a sturdy ladder to a bunk room. From the bunk room there is another ladder through a bulkhead hatch to the lantern room. A conservatory like space enclosed with windows offering breathtaking 360 degree views of Narragansett Bay.
