Summary: The hotel itself is beautiful — modern, stylish, and surprisingly quiet even though my room was right next to the lift. The communal areas are bright and inviting. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the space. On arrival the staff seemed moody and struggled with English, and I couldn’t pay for parking or even the soup I ordered (which was terrible). Checkout the next morning was chaotic: the receptionist’s laptop died, she was serving coffee while guests queued, and her attitude was quite rude and confrontational. It took far too long to pay and check out, which really overshadowed an otherwise lovely stay.
