Visitors are greeted by a large screened porch along the front of the house furnished with ceiling fans for outdoor dining and lounging. Home has central air throughout. The bright, sunny new kitchen is fully equipped. Large open living room dining room has a wood burning fireplace for winter use only. French doors off of the living room/dining room open onto a 900 square foot deck leading to the pool area. Two of 3 bedrooms include a fireplace, sitting area, and open onto a deck or balcony. Heated 55’ x 20’ pool is every vacationer’s dream place in the sun. The pool area is surrounded by a privacy fence, patio furniture, and gardens. This getaway is just a short walk from a gorgeous, white sand beach, deli, bakery, grocery & convenience store. the nearby area also offers fine dining and casual cafes,
