Summary: Overall I was very pleased with this property. When the host answered my first question within 2 min, I felt confident in communication and was not disappointed. All my questions were answered timely. The property itself is in a wonderful location, walking distance to the beach and close to anything you need. The property is spacious and well equipped with the basics in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. With only one AC in the common area, it didn't cool much due to its size; but the bedrooms were more easily cooled. Checkin and checkout were very easy and communication via Whatsapp with the host facilitated that. My only complaints were that the posting made it seem as if there was a pool onsite, but digging deeper into the listing it explains that the pool is down the road and you pay separately for it (though most of it is credited toward food). The listing also mentions a hot tub which I did not see at the property or at the pool. Overall it was quiet except for the nightly rounds of the tourbus playing loud music with a speaker, which passed by every 20-30 min or so between roughly 8pm and 10pm. Overall, it was wonderful for a 2-family getaway and I would stay again!
