the house and the terrace (120 m2) has it's own entrance, an outer gate that can be shut On the spacious terrace there is a large round table and chairs, ideal for dining or having a few drinks. Next to it you have a pool and deckchairs. There are also deckchair covers available. On the other side of the terrace you will find a small "summer kitchen" that has a fireplace where you can grill (BBQ). There is also a bathroom and a shower next to the terrace.
inside the modestly decorated house you have 3 bedrooms total Each bedroom can accommodate 2 persons. Two bedrooms have a bed for 2 persons, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. In the living room there is a sofa-bed (a pull out) for 2 persons. You also have an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Inside the house you have 3 portable "air conditioners". It's a cooling system, fan-like, but on cold water / ice. Washer is not inside the property, but we pick up the clothes for you and take it it to the washer (organized service).
above the house, on the upper area of the estate there is a loving and quiet dog rex (german shepherd) and two small kittens who get along great
