Positive: Overall, the stay was interesting, but not necessarily a great experience. The apartment is relatively well located and has a decent size, offering enough space for a short stay. It also comes with most of the basic things you might need.

Negative: However, the quality of the furnishings and equipment is quite poor, which significantly affects the overall experience. One major issue was that the toilet seat was completely missing. We reported this on the first evening, but unfortunately it was never fixed during our stay. The rooms are okay in terms of size, but the beds are placed in metal frames that make a lot of noise. The single bed I used was particularly squeaky, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Another downside is that the bedrooms have no windows at all. Moreover, one of the bedrooms has a large opening (around 1x1 meter) above the door leading to the kitchen, which means there is basically no privacy — you can hear everything from both inside and outside the room. Cleanliness was also a serious issue. The dishes were extremely dirty — we even found a piece of pizza crust on one of the plates in the cupboard. Cutlery and pans were not properly cleaned either, with visible food residues left behind. In conclusion, while the apartment has some potential due to its location and size, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and unresolved issues make it difficult to recommend.
