You are just a short drive from the Hot Springs National Park and its historic downtown bath houses (17mi), Oaklawn Race Track & Casino (17mi), Magic Springs Theme Park (20mi), Mid-America Science Museum (14mi), and much more.
the cottage is approximately 250 ft from lake hamilton's shoreline where you may fish, swim, kayak, paddleboard, go boating, or just enjoy the view Located just off the main channel on the Big Mazarn River, this cottage has a small boat ramp and a shared boat dock, a boardwalk, a picnic area with a pavilion, and a fire pit. The quiet wooded neighborhood provides an opportunity to see deer, fox, turkey, and other wildlife.
the cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and small office space There is room for a family of six. Absolutely, NO parities allowed. Quiet hours are 9 PM - 8 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

please note - lake hamilton is regulated by entergy which does an annual drawdown beginning november 1st and refill beginning march 1st to allow for dock repair and algae control Access to the water from our dock during the drawdown is not possible.
