About 5 km from the beach of Maresias, Santiago is a beach with another proposal, calm and little inhabited is the perfect place to rest and enjoy the nature of the place. Due to the proximity to Maresias, there is the option of going to the famous and bustling beach and dining in the good restaurants that are there. About the house, it has 4 bedrooms, 2 suites and 1 bedroom with separate bathroom on the upper floor and 1 bedroom with separate bathroom on the lower floor which also serves as a TV room (with SKY). Still on the lower floor, living room, dining room, American kitchen, laundry complete, a room with bathroom for maid or nanny, large balcony with a beautiful view to the sea, the best place of the house to relax and eat, as it counts with two hammocks, comfortable chairs and a large table, which is our favorite place to have lunch enjoying the nature and the view.
the condo has umbrella service and beach chairs for all guests of the house, you can also use the 3 kayaks that will be available on the beach, (one double and two singles)
we rent the house with the services of our employee who has been with us for 20 years and that makes the difference when we are there, will surely make your stay more peaceful and comfortable!
if you have children and would like to take a nanny or someone to help, we have a bedroom and bathroom (suite) for accommodation inside the house on the ground floor
family and secure condominium on unspoiled and wonderful beach, with clear water (most of the year) and fine sand
we have been home for 20 years and we tidy and assemble and decorate for our comfort with grace and details of a beach house! you will feel right at home!
in addition to all this, we use some purchase delivery service, fair, water, which is a total amenity! we will be pleased to provide all these contacts! you will not have to leave the house to return your purchases, you can even combine to have fresh bread at home for breakfast
