Driving is recommended, but once you arrive, you'll have easy access to the lakefront and local attractions.NOTESEntertainment: Enjoy movie nights on the 75-inch Roku Smart TV or ask Alexa to play your favorite music.Essentials: The Keurig coffee maker is stocked with a variety of K-Cups and teas for your convenience.Outdoor Gear: Life jackets are provided and stored in the bunkhouse near the dock.Pet Policy: We welcome pets with a $195 fee per stay. Please review the house rules below — they're designed to ensure a smooth, enjoyable stay for all. If anything is unclear, just reach out. We're always happy to help.⸻ Check-InCheck-in is available anytime after 4 PM.Early check-in may be possible with advance notice and a small fee, depending on availability. Just let us know what works best for you.⸻ ParkingEach reservation includes parking for two vehicles. If you're bringing more than two, please contact us in advance. Unapproved extra vehicles may be subject to a $50 per car, per night fee.⸻ SmokingSmoking is not allowed anywhere on the property — indoors or outdoors. This includes the yard, deck, and waterfront areas. A $200 per day fine applies for violations.⸻ Eating AreasPlease enjoy meals at the dining table or outside. We kindly ask that you avoid eating or drinking on beds, couches, or in the living room, to help us keep the space in top condition.⸻ Parties & EventsNo parties or events are allowed unless specifically pre-approved. Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate eviction without a refund.⸻ Visitors•Only registered guests may stay overnight.•Daytime visitors are allowed with prior approval but cannot exceed the total maximum occupancy of six people, including children and infants.•Violations may result in immediate removal from the property.⸻ PetsWe're happy to host your furry friends!•A $195 pet fee applies per stay.•Please pick up after your pet outdoors.•Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture — violation may result in a $150 cleaning fee.•Pets must be crated if left alone and should not bark excessively.⸻ ChildrenChildren are welcome! Please supervise them closely, especially near:•Stairs and balconies•The dock, kayaks, paddleboards, and lakefront⸻ Outdoor Equipment & AmenitiesEnjoy the outdoors! Just return items to their original places and let us know if anything is missing or not working.•Life Jackets are required by Maine law for children 10 and under when on the water.You'll find them in the storage box directly on the dock.•Fire Pit: Available for your use any time. Please follow fire safety guidelines.•Grill: Located on the deck. Clean after use and replace the cover once it cools.⸻ Trash•Trash bins are located just behind the game room.•If they fill up, send us a quick message — we'll be happy to stop by and take care of it.•Please don't leave trash bags outside, as it may attract wildlife.⸻ CheckoutCheckout is at 11:00 AM.We kindly ask that you:•Leave the home tidy•Start the dishwasher•Place all used towels in the bathroom basket•If possible, strip the used bedsheets and leave them at the foot of the bed — not required, but very helpful to our cleaning team and appreciatedLate checkout fees:•Up to 30 minutes late: $75•More than 2 hours late: charged as an extra night⸻ Thank YouWe're so grateful you've chosen to stay at our cabin.
