enjoy all-season fun with lake and boat access through cut river at our houghton lake home! swim and fish in the summer on the sandy, shallow bottom of houghton lake, or embark on thrilling snowmobile adventures in winter Our like-new pontoon, launched in 2021, is perfect for family cruises, swimming at sandbars, and dining at lakeside bars and restaurants. After a day on the water, play yard games, BBQ, and enjoy s’mores by the campfire. Just minutes from town and top ice cream parlors, you'll love our location.

guests have full access to everything in and around the house, except for the locked furnace room where we store our supplies and personal belongings Everything else is available for your use and enjoyment.
i am available 24/7 to answer any questions or help with any issues although i do not live nearby so i can only help over the phone unless it is an emergency then we will get someone out to help fix the issues if anything arises
with our area a little bit out of town but still on the water it offers everything you can think of when you think of houghton lake and close to the public access if you have your own boat or jet ski to bring
there is no public transportation but we have plenty of parking with a large circle/pull thru driveway as well as a 3 car wide straight driveway
before booking, please note:

- our home is perfect for families, couples, and small groups looking for a relaxing getaway
- we provide bed linens, towels, and basic toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, silverware, cups/bowls/plates etc, as well as a coffee and coffee supplies
