Positive: Clean room. staff changed sheets towels as requested.

Negative: Evening and night staff did not know the English language!!! This made it very difficult for me to communicate and twll them my concerns. The AC in my room was leaking water. I notified staff the first night and three nights into my stay. They kept telling me they will fix the ac but they didn’t despite my frequent complaints. I wasnt able to use AC for my entire stay (8 days). The hand biddet was leaking water. The other concern was: The morning staff took my personal pillowcase and never returned it. I wasnt able very upset i told the night staff (hardly because of language barrier) he said the morning housekeeping will find and return but they didn’t. I was quite upset because I always take my own pillowcase. I’m very sensitive where I put my head during my sleep so that was not a pleasant experience. Thank you for reading my feedback.
