Summary: We were in a room with a balcony so had a fantastic view. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room was extremely spacious. The hotel didn't do pick up as Hotels.com suggested but taxi fares are cheap in the city. The most disappointing aspect was the food. We arrived at the dining room 1 hour before closing time & were told this is all we have left, which was not much & some of the food looked tired and kept less than hot. We were still charged the full restaurant price for this. Although there was a good selection for breakfast, it lacked quality and was more school canteen than 4 * hotel. On the plus side we received excellent service from the reception staff. Our TV box in our room did not work and despite the receptionist's best efforts, he could not get it working. Loved having the pool & spa facilities but even here there were problems.The steam room was never effective. The Finnish sauna was fine. Overall I would give this a 3 out of 5.
