Summary: Our stay was excellent. The staff especially Heydi and Edwin in front went above and beyond. Management also was just wonderful to us. Heydi arranged for David to come and drive us from hotel to market, to palace to airport over 3 days and he was outstanding. Our Spanish is terrible (we are working on it) but they made us feel so comfortable. We wld definitely stay again. The only reason for not 5 stars was techno bar 2 doors down that played til 6am and vet next door that had barking dogs all night. So sleep was kind of interesting...... But the hospitality of all of the staff made up for this
