The spacious living room offers ample seating on the couch and a 50" Smart TV for entertainment. For those needing to catch up on work, we provide a laptop-friendly environment with an office table and ergonomic chair. You can also beat the heat inside the home with the Window AC Units provided. Parking won't be an issue with two street parking spaces available. window units - due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
