Positive: The staff, i love how accommodating,polite,courteous the staff are, from front desk to housekeeping, to security, to pushcart assist, everyone just brightens your day
Negative: Everything is outdated, carpet in the hallways are a bit gross seems like it’s soaked in humid and the lights are too dim for a hotel…. we caught two cockroaches in our room…. Internet is so bad…. Cant watch anything properly at the tv,lucky if we can get proper internet connection for at least an hour… We have to ask someone to cover the washroom because of the tempered glass divider…
Summary: The staff is more worth of a visit than the place
