Summary: The hotel is very close to the train station which was ideal for arriving and leaving. They offered luggage storage before we checked in and after we checked out. The room and bathroom were both clean and looked very new. The bed was very comfortable. Toileteries were supplied. The room details said it had a balcony and showed a picture with one. Our superior double room had doors that opened out onto a ledge less than 12 inches in depth. It seems the bedrooms on the floor above had the balconies we saw in the pictures. Although disappointing the room was still lovely. It had a TV and tea and coffee facilities. The two receptionists we spoke to were very friendly and helpful with lots of extra information. There was no breakfast facilities on site but we had a beautiful breakfast at a restaurant at the station which was delicious. It was a 24 minute walk to Haute Ville but I'm sure you could take a bus or tram to get there. Local supermarkets and restaurants are close by.
