Summary: This property was nicely maintained. It was spacious with multiple seating/ lounging areas , a screened in porch and spacious back deck overlooking a large and peaceful yard. The owner was great about communicating when small questions arose. The hot tub and basement games were big hits with our family. The community has two nice swimming areas— the one we visited had both pool and lake access together (convenient), a snack bar, boat rentals and bathrooms. The pool was colder than expected for August and not my definition of heated but totally manageable. There were lots of features we didn’t use (mini golf, tennis, etc.). The community is large so it took 8 minutes to get from the main road to the house. Nearby horseback riding at Why-Not Stable was a highlight. This was a wonderful and relaxing family vacation (our group ranged from 9yo to 82yo). I would recommend this property.
