-fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plates, bowls, utensils, pots pans, keurig coffee maker etc -linens & towels & washer & dryer -covered & screened in rear porch with outdoor furniture - bbq grill & picnic table -grass common area with beautiful live oak tree -beach chairs & umbrella -free parking pass for downtown/family kingdom(parking is $12-$20 in these areas) -this house is on a lot that is shared by our other house You must respect other house & the other house guests when in common area. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. Two friends own this house. The idea was to create a fun place for friends & family to gather & enjoy everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. We know you will appreciate the built in extras this house has to offer. The parking pass will save you money in the paid parking areas of Myrtle Beach. Vacations are expensive, it's nice to have a night to play board games & BBQ vs going out every night. Don't worry about renting or buying beach chairs or an umbrella we have them for you. The rear porch is the focal point of the house, very relaxing & great place to gather.
